Workforce Housing at Castleberry Park

Workforce Housing

Castleberry Park offers a limited number of apartment homes designated for Workforce Housing. To be eligible, applicants must satisfy our standard rental criteria and have a household income that does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on the number of occupants in the home. You can review the applicable limits through the Workforce Housing Income Limits.

Income Qualifications:

Minimum household income: 2.5x the monthly rent
Maximum household income: 80% AMI
